EVALUATION CADENCE
Two Configured Monthly Evaluation Windows.
VIP standing is evaluated from qualifying direct referrals and qualifying team size. The two monthly window days are configuration-driven rather than hard-coded into the application. Each window evaluates current eligibility, snapshots the effective level and reward, and records any qualifying payout separately.

Each reward window uses the member's effective eligible level at that window. A later level change does not rewrite prior windows, and past months are not automatically backfilled.
PROGRAM GOVERNANCE
Achievement is durable. Reward windows are independent.
Gold AH separates long-lived VIP achievement history from the monetary reward record produced at each configured evaluation window. That keeps progression and payout history reviewable without rewriting prior periods.
Objective Server Qualification
VIP status is determined objectively by backend evaluation based on your direct qualifying referrals and total team structure, measured against the active VIP schedule.
Twice-Monthly Evaluation Windows
Monetary VIP rewards are evaluated and credited twice per calendar month, currently the 5th and 20th (UTC): the fixed reward amount configured for your eligible level, paid to the Reward Wallet.
Historical Milestone Preservation
Achieving a VIP level logs a durable, permanent milestone record in account history. Achieved milestones remain historically achieved even if team metrics subsequently change.
Schedule Window Evaluation
Periodic monetary rewards are evaluated independently at each window based on your effective eligible level at that time, with no automatic historical backfill or trading-volume dividend.

Achievement history and monetary reward windows are intentionally separate. Trading-volume dividends are not part of current VIP reward behavior.
