Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedure

1. Submission of Formal Disputes
If you experience a discrepancy regarding a financial transaction, prediction resolution, or ledger balance on the platform operated by AH Gold LLC, you may submit a formal inquiry to complaints@goldah.trade.
2. Required Evidentiary Information
- Your registered email address and internal member identifier.
- Specific ledger transaction UUIDs and timestamps associated with the dispute.
- Clear explanation of the perceived discrepancy and desired outcome.
3. Investigation & Authoritative Ledger Record
Compliance officers investigate all matters by auditing immutable double-entry journal logs and system traces. In the event of conflicting claims, verified server-side ledger records serve as the definitive source of accounting truth.
4. Governing Law & Competent Jurisdiction
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through administrative escalation shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States and submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the State of Ohio, United States.
