Terms and Conditions of Service

2. Member Eligibility & Age Requirements

Membership is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who live in any country other than a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction, and only where using Gold AH is lawful. Access from sanctioned or restricted regions is strictly prohibited.

3. Three-Wallet Architecture & Ledger Principles

• Gold AH provisions three segregated wallet classes: the Funding Wallet (deposits, package purchases and withdrawals), the Trading Wallet (prediction stakes) and the Reward Wallet (rewards).
• All balances and economic movements are server-authoritative and originate from balanced double-entry ledger transactions.
• You may move funds between your own wallets from Funding to Trading, Trading to Funding, and Reward to Funding. The Reward Wallet holds only rewards credited by the platform, so no transfer can be made into it. Transfers from Reward to Trading are not available. Reward to Funding is the only way to move value out of the Reward Wallet. Transfers between your own wallets carry no fee.
• Withdrawals are made only from the Funding Wallet, are paid in USDT, and carry a flat fee of 30% of the amount withdrawn. They require the verification steps shown in your account and are reviewed by Gold AH staff before payment. To withdraw rewards, first transfer them from the Reward Wallet to the Funding Wallet.

4. Packages, Predictions & Reward Codes

• Packages are bought with USDT from the Funding Wallet. Each package runs for 365 days from activation and then expires; an expired package no longer counts toward reward codes. The amount paid for a package is not returned at the end of the term, and packages are not refundable. A package carries no fixed return.
• Prediction rounds are market events resolved using server-captured price observations. Stakes come from the Trading Wallet. A winning position earns a profit of 70% of the stake under the current rules (for example, a $20 stake wins $14): the stake returns to the Trading Wallet and the profit is credited to the Reward Wallet. A losing position loses the stake. If the closing price equals the opening price, or no valid price is available, the round is voided and the stake is returned. Participation involves the risk of losing the entire stake.
• Signals are daily reward codes, not market analysis or trading advice. While you hold an active package, codes are issued to your account at fixed times and must be claimed within the published claim window. Each claimed code credits a randomly set share of your total active package amount to the Reward Wallet. Unclaimed codes expire and are not reissued. Code values are not guaranteed and the rules may change.

5. Referrals, Rewards & VIP Recognition

Referral relationships and VIP recognition milestones are calculated objectively by the server rule engine. Referral rewards are credited to the Reward Wallet when a direct referral buys their first package. VIP rewards are posted to the Reward Wallet according to scheduled evaluation windows. Self-referrals, circular syndicates, and identity manipulation are strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, AH Gold LLC disclaims all liability for indirect, punitive, or consequential losses arising from market fluctuations, technical disruptions, or unauthorized credential disclosure. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

7. Changes to these Terms

When we change these Terms, we update the version and effective date at the top.

• Version 1.2, effective 2 October 2026: the Reward Wallet holds only rewards credited by the platform; transfers from the Trading Wallet to the Reward Wallet are no longer available.
• Version 1.1, effective 1 October 2026: describes signals as daily reward codes, the 365-day package term with no return of the amount paid, Reward to Funding as the only transfer out of the Reward Wallet, the flat 30% withdrawal fee, and the 70% prediction profit.
• Version 1.0, effective 29 September 2026: first published version.
