1. Identity Verification Objectives
To ensure compliance with anti-financial crime regulations and safeguard the platform community, AH Gold LLC enforces strict Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification standards.
2. Submission & Capture Requirements
- Members submit photographic captures of valid government-issued photo identification (front and reverse).
- Images must be in color, clear, unedited, and display all four corners of the physical document.
- Members also take a selfie and a short face scan, and provide their legal name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, address and phone number.
- All submissions must match the personal registration details registered on the account.
3. Manual Review & Resubmission
Automated document and face checks support the review, and compliance officers evaluate each submission. If a submission is rejected due to illegibility or expired status, specific actionable notes are provided. Members may resubmit corrected captures through the portal.
